I believe that writing style reflects thinking style, so this jumble of convoluted figures of speech, mixed metaphors and misquoted clichés (eg. wiping concerns under the carpet), by someone who has spent most of his adult life in an English-speaking country, makes me wonder what kind of ‘culture’ we are to expect for Valletta 18.

Oh, and dear Mario Azzopardi, you don’t reset and reboot a computer; it’s either one or the other. And reboot and restart mean the same thing.
