Alfred Mifsud’s other outfit Allcare Insurance also had a serious ethical and technical deficiency: It neglected to reinsure business secured.

In compartmentalising, it is convenient to forget the one and focus on the other, but this modus operandi is all linked. Ethical breaches are rarely compartmentalised but a vein running through all operations.

In reply to La Redoute. Of course it is. And Malta is a founding member of the AIIB. Shiv Nair remains listed as consultant to the governments of China and Azerbaijan. The London team includes another internationally reaching financial relayer. Information is valuable and key. Advance information is a most valuable asset.
