In reply to This Stinks. One of those arraigned was not part of the organising committee, was not present on the day, never had anything to do with the the exhibition runs on the taxiway.

Can somebody explain the reason why the police arraigned 13 people today in court, some of whom have no connection with the incident, while exculpating all members of the Community Chest Fund?

Was not the event held under its auspices and how did the police conclude that they had nothing to do with the incident while, in the same breath, they decided to arraign others who are totally unconnected?
