I think that the more the British realise what a mess they have made, the more likely they will try to sort the mess by reviewing and reversing the referendum in a general election which may take place as soon as October.

This may be the only way how they will not lose all the benefits they enjoy from being members of the EU and the only way that the Kingdom will not shrink by the departure of Scotland.

Democracy doesn’t work like that. You can’t have a referendum to reverse a referendum.

Having a second referendum renders all referendums pointless, including the second referendum itself.
