The incorrect transfer of vote packets, as now confirmed by court decision, must be the tip of he iceberg.

The Panama Papers show that the MLP election campaign was financed by international crime funds as a means of furthering money laundering structures.

With the huge amount of money invested, and with the extent of potential gains at stake, a belt and braces strategy involving direct interference in the electoral vote counting process is a certainty.
