There is a disconnect created by a history of lies, half truths, politicians looking after themselves first and foremost, etc. Into this maelstrom a small but vociferous group has come forward wanting to ‘stick it to ’em’.

In Corbyn, Johnson et al, they have found a champion. The problem is having ‘stuck it to ’em’, they really have no game plan.

Worse still, the mainstream has run out of puff. Like a third generation family-run business, we have politicians who have grown into the establishment and seem to have lost the political acumen required to run a country.

And people in their 30s and younger are fuming as they see the baby boomers who had the luxury of cheap housing, free universities and a better-than -inflation salary ‘stick it to ’em’ with debts and the prospect of a very poor pension at the end of it, as they haven’t the wherewithal to save.
