Who approved this outlay and more vitally the diversion of these facilities away from what they are in fact meant to be used for? Was any national security risk/contingency left uncovered for any time because of the diversion away to cover this ego?

How dare Ms Michelle ‘Eva Peron’ Muscat use the public funded police boat and police personel to escort her when she could have got some other third party escort boat like her close friend’s Phyllis ‘CHOGM CEO’ Muscat. Or was she afraid that some boatload with Syrian immigrants might cross her path?
