In reply to may borg. No, his father is really busy interviewing applicants for government posts. He usually serves as chairman on selection boards for vacancies advertised by the Office of the Prime Minister and the Education Dpartment.

One of Muscat’s many lies was that during his administration MP’s failing to attend parliament were to have their salaries slashed pro rate to their time of absence. A minister failing to attend to his duties is an even worse failing. That the minister is that of health, which is in a state of flux, to say it mildly, is very very bad. Is an early election on the cards or is the PL trying to recoup the many thousands of sheep, otherwise known as switchers, that had escaped the rustler’s pen?

The Labour Party is in election mode. Muscat is promising that he will publish ALL the agreements his government signed, and which up till now he kept secret…fat chance.

As soon as parliament reconvenes, Muscat will announce the election date, if during the summertime the scandals keep mushrooming around the Office of the Prime Minister.

The Labour Party has never switched from campaign mode into government mode. All the positions of trust were meant to beef up the customer service sections (qadi u pjaciri) to ‘buy’ votes at the most capillary level. One to one direct market where everyone is promised what he wants at the expense of society in general.
