If Bailey had a truly professional approach to his activity, he would have never accepted to work under those safety arrangements. In my view, he shares responsibility for the accident and for injuring those people.

You beat me to it. May I add this incident should have never happened. No one told him to take that thing to its limits, no lap times to beat, no competition, nothing.

Bailey could have very simply kept it at half the potential and thrilled everyone all the same. But no, he just had to see what happens when you floor it.
