So I assume that the bank loans will need to be paid in some way or other. What will be the source of his revenue. Yeah charging customers exorbitant prices as we all know that Mater Dei Hospital can’t take more patients, as it’s already overcrowded.

Not only stinks, but of very grave concern. This outfit clearly does not have the required experience and track record in the field. What happens if they go belly up? What safeguards do we have? Where is the public service obligation?.

This is not an example of selling the family jewels; it’s selling the family itself.

One would expect that a project of this size would be given to somebody with a good record in the healthcare industry – not so in this case.

Search for Vitalis Global Healthcare will not return much except the deal with the Maltese government. Likewise, a search for Ram Tumuluri returns information about the Maltese deal and some profiles (Facebook, Linkedl, Google+, etc).

I would expect somebody taking up a project of this magnitude to have a good and extensive track record. Apparently the Maltese government either doesn’t care or this gentleman is exactly what they wanted for reasons of their own.
