UK Average Joe doesn’t connect those EU immigrants with the fact that the NHS still has the tax money to function and that the average renovation cost of their houses is now lower thanks to lower fees for the work.

But the one that UK Average Joe has really forgotten about is a EU LEAVE result which will now adversely affect his house value for the medium term till exit renegotiation is determined. UK Average Joe’s obsession with his house price has been hit.

And it wasn’t only British people who had the vote in this referendum. Thousands of Maltese people did too, and they voted.

If I were Scotland I’d secede and offer my capital to those firms who wanted an office in an English speaking capital within the EU.

Even England will have to accept free movement of people since they don’t have enough English work force especially for specialised skills. Now if international companies will start to relocate outside England, then this will be a different story.

I also hope that the EU will wake up and negotiations will not be so favourable to England with the hope that France and Holland will not follow suit.

And I’m sharpest when confronted by willful stupidity.
