Trump is a consequence not the cause. Maybe the author missed Klein&#039;s No Logo. That was nearly two decades ago. 

Clinton&#039;s acceptance speech yesterday included bringing the jobs back from China, blocking unfair trade agreements, and an unprecedented plan to unleash investment in infrastructure within 100 days. Sounds familiar to me. 

Which is why Trump will point out that she relishes cheap immigrant labour. Even though he himself produces his exclusive neckties in China. 

A bit like the North Koreans shuttled by bus to and from Bortex. 

The problem here is mass confusion and contradiction. Everywhere, no-one spared. 

Blaming Trump is blaming the anger itself.
