What’s to stop anyone driving their vehicle off the road on the Sluema front and along the promenade through the crowd on a Sunday night in August? Nothing at all. Anyone can do.it at any time on the dpur of he moment – and you can drive along the entire promenade from Qui Si Sana to Spinola before the police arrive to stop you.

This reminds me of another case: the Cumbria shootings, which was basically a killing spree that occurred on 2 June 2010 when a lone gunman, Derrick Bird, killed 12 people and injured 11 others before killing himself in Cumbria, England.
