Gove’s constituency was in Surrey where he was know by locals to make an arse of himself in local shops. His odd speeches and interaction with people seemed to have been unique.

Konrad Mizzi, yes – but not Emmy Bezzina. Something to do with the mouth and the way he talks. In fact, I’ve just this minute been Googling to find out whether he took elocution lessons to train out a thicker accent, because the way he speaks isn’t normal at all – rather like Ramona Frendo from Zejtun.
