Do you actually know that the Maltese police force has a 25 year retirement scheme, same withdraw from the force after more than 30 years.

And he did nothing wrong in doing so since that what retiring from the force at any time after the 25 years.

In reply to observer. I disagree. Qualification goes beyond expereience and academic achievements. The sole fact that when faced with tough decisions he shirked his responsibilities at law makes him totally unqualified for any other post of this nature.
