Who will be paying for the care that Mater Dei Hospital will have to provide when patients from the hospitals run by Vitals are ferried there for lack of facilities at the other hospitals?

And who will pay for medical tests that Mater Dei Hospital will have to carry out on Maltese and non-Maltese patients at those three hospitals, when those three hospitals can’t carry them out themselves? Answers please.

The money does not go “round and round”. Public funds are passed from hand to hand until they, or a percentage, get lost in secret companies abroad benefitting persons who do not wish to show their face.
