It is obvious that the citizenship these guys are after is not that of Malta but the whole of EU. Else why would a millionaire rent a nondescript flat in Naxxar? Let us take our blinkers off.

They don’t give a damn about you, me or Malta.Their only interest is how much money they are going to make for themselves from commissions to deposit In Panama, the British Virgin Islands and Dubai.

Any legal framework that constitutes a consequence to any other EU member state, in my opinion any decision-making should be piloted by EU not the member state.
