Yes, like Muscat published Korrot Mizzi’s ‘international audit’ by that nameless ‘auditing firm of international repute’ and which was promised to be ready by last May or thereabouts. How can it be that Muscat and his corrupt cabal can get away with murder?

Not that I’m saying you should add this to your final figure or that it ought to be factored in, but don’t forget the money paid by unsuccessful applicants in the form of non-refundable application fees. This would have amounted to quite a sizable amount, and there’s no telling where all of it is going.
