The active citizens there immediately took the streets and started enormous riots as soon as their corrupt government chose to ignore their sentiments.

But here in Malta, we wait for the Opposition to tell us when and where to protest, and for a demonstration to be formally organised.

This is exactly what happens in the most corrupt, totalitarian and dictatorship states – the dictators and their close friends keep on doing whatever the hell they please because they have a guarantee that the people are too stupid and laconic to object.

If the people accept everything the government says and does, the country cannot be called a democratic country. It’s a dictatorship state. And so Malta has no place in the EU. Perhaps this is the very reason why the EU doesn’t at all about the Maltese people or what’s going on in Malta. Or because it’s equally as corrupt. Let’s hope that the former is the likely scenario.
