They must have discovered a very complex financial structure attached to the Panama company, unlike what they have ever seen before. The Panama scandal is huge and still expanding.

National reconciliation is not automatic. Shall we wait for another politically inspired murder, a frame-up of an innocent person, a murder in the police headquarters, shooting sprees by supposedly law-enforcing corps, as we did in i986/1987, before we come to our senses?

The solution is in the hands of the electorate only, and those persons who are in a position to influence its judgement.
There is, or there should be, no reconciliation with corruption and evil. What is required is a return to higher moral standards.

Malta may be no worse than the rest of the world; indeed, it may be suffering from the example of the rest of the world, in this respect, but Malta’s small size accentuates the effects of this drop in moral standards where amorality, hedonism and greed are accepted as the hallmark of progress.
