The terrace wall was built on the rocks which fell. Parnis’s shed is still there.

The reporting is 100% correct. The rock collapse included building stones which supported the terrace on which Parnis’ shed is built.

The wall which collapsed has been there for a long time. It formed the boundary wall of a garden of a house called Dar il-Ghar in Stella Maris Street. The garden was concreted over and tiled to form part of the terrace on which Parnis’ shed sits. After the collapse, part of the concrete platform was left in midair.

Girl injured by falling rocks (not building stones). That’s being in the wrong place at the wrong time and unlucky. Falling building stones is another thing altogether and responsibility needs to be assigned somewhere. Totally misleading.
