I wouldn’t be surprised one bit if the second photo with Muscat and his corrupt minister supposedly taken on the LNG tanker was actually taken in a room in some factory made up to look like he is in the control room, just like the kitchen in the New Years video was probably one of the display kitchens at Construct Furniture.

Considering that there still isn’t a power purchase agreement approved by the EU and signed by Electrogas and Enemalta (wow, what a media event), I wouldn’t be surprised at all. There’s €360 million of our money tied to that.

It would be interesting to know whether the final payment, which is normally made once the ship leaves port, was made and what the amount was. Also, whether the payment was made by Electrogas Malta Ltd using the Bank of Valletta loan guaranteed by Malta’s taxpayers, and whether Electrogas has increased its share capital from that miserable Euro 10,000.

I will not question what may have been transferred to the Panama companies until the audits are completed as these may have been postponed ‘sine die’.
