Not just here – the Law Commissioner seems to be everywhere except at his Law Commissioner’s desk.

Given the amount of time he spends online, firing salvos at anyone who does not worship him, it’s a wonder he gets any work done at all, let alone the voluminous work which he is supposed to do to justify hoovering up large amounts of tax payers’ money.
