Maltese parliamentarians should also be barred from parliament if they hold a secret account or company. We should thank our lucky stars that the Panama Papers were exposed. Imagine Joseph Muscat, Konrad Mizzi and Keith Schembri if they weren’t . Daphne will do well if she reminds us how it all started with Konrad Mizzi.
