My thoughts exactly on reading that paragraph in the book – which is hard to put down – just now.

I can’t help thinking that the fact that Siemens are involved in “Konrad’s” power station project is not a coincidence at all.

Siemens became one of the pioneers of mega corporate corruption way back at the beginning of the 20th century, on a scale never before seen in history, bribing top-ranking Japanese navy and government officials. I’m guessing they’ve kept up the good tradition.

“…and the latter being Hans-Joachim K. [sic], a Siemens manager who is recorded as receiving almost $500 million in gold at the Société Générale bank in the Bahamas in the autumn of 2013, which is passing strange because Siemens supposedly confessed to, and expunged, its mega-bribery and mega-slush fund sins five years before that.”

Is it just a coincidence that Siemens are part of the corrupt consortium constructing the corrupt LNG power station project that was promised to us by corrupt Joseph Muscat and corrupt Konrad Mizzi?
