They almost did. This time they created a horrible one in front of Parliament House, consisting of rusty pieces of 1″ X 1″ angle iron strips. Really spectacular.

The Town Square developers keep on harping that they could have built 26 blocks of 9 floors each.

I keep on looking at the height limitations of the Sliema local plans for the site and can’t understand why they say so.
