Audit or no audit, what Konrad Mizzi did is intrinsically wrong. Nothing will change this fact. We are kept guessing as to when or even if this famous audit will be published, meanwhile drifting away from the crux of this scandalous matter.

Setting up a company in Panama with trusts in New Zealand is illegal and corrupt.

Most Maltese have no objection to corruption. Most switchers voted Labour because they got fed up of having to go through the proper and legal channels to obtain something. Everyone assumes that under Labour, corruption is par for the course.

In reply to The Sting. Why would they create a subsidiary of Bluestone Investments Malta Limited which in turn is owned by Bluestone Special Situations 4 Limited, which is an equity fund based in Singapore and managed by the Oxley Group? Crieki go crieki, as Alfred Sant used to say.

I was greatly tempted to ask Nexia BT to set up a secret company in Panama for me.

I had planned to deposit there my 1 euro 75c weekly cost of living increase.

Sadly, when I worked it out I found that I would be one euro short of 92 (1.75X52=91).
