I won’t. I am very clear in my mind about the stages of life, and wishful thinking is pointless. You’re young until 35, middle-aged until 60, and elderly after that.

Unfortunately, the ‘elderly’ chunk can be as long as the ‘young’ chunk, especially if you’re going to live into your 90s, but there’s not much that can be done about that.

However young you look and young you feel, nature knows your body has been around for 60+ years and will act accordingly.
