Doesn’t the Malta Stock Exchange require listed companies to have a sinking fund so that the bond issuers have the necessary funds from profits by the time the bonds reach their redemption date?

No, actually they don’t. And it’s not the mark-up you should be looking at, but the profit margin, which is minuscule and depends on high-volume sales – which are nonexistent in Malta.

Dizz group did not start yesterday. It started as a family venture and grew more than anyone imagined back then. It grew because of risks they took, but mostly because of all the hard work.

‘Penniless girl’? The family has always been in business. I am Diane’s cousin but I have nothing to do with Dizz. I do know how hard Diane and her family work and that she has built this business without the help of any politician.

If anyone stands to gain anything here, and this is just MY observation, it is Michelle Muscat, and not the other way round.

Diane is my cousin but that is not why I am writing here. She is ambitious and strong and she is a good woman.

I am not representing my family. I am writing as Fiona and reacting to information I know for a fact to be untrue and unfair.
