I would seriously question the validity of this document. The companies that Mr Tumuluri signed for and on behalf of at the bottom are not the companies listed in the agreement.

So we can conclude that 19th May 2016 is when Vitalis changed its name to Vitals. We all know that that’s just days after the Panama Papers were first published.
