It is pretty obvious that she is a hamalla, baxxa etc. The problem has nothing to do with that. Loads of hamalli and baxxi have learnt how to behave in public.

The crux of the matter is that she seems to be unaware of her crass stupidity and, like her husband, persists in making a fool of herself.

Baxxa u ordinarja. She emulates her husband in keeping others waiting. While still Opposition Leader, he was late for a state dinner given in honour of the King of Spain. Again, when he planned to visit Australia, he, his wife and the twins were late for the flight and kept all passengers waiting for their arrival.
