Joseph Muscat has no intention of having anyone in a headship position who is fit for purpose. The only thing he is interested in is paying good money to those who are dirty enough to fight his battles while on the public’s payroll.

What Joseph Muscat’s overpaid foot solders do is more a reflection of how corrupt Joseph Muscat is than the money hungry nobodies he manages to recruit.

Joseph Muscat has managed to steal away any respect which institutions used to have through the actions of his unprofessional appointees. Looking at Pullicino Orlando’s actions one simply confirms that fighting dogs are not good for anything other than drawing blood and are the accessories of monsters.
