Labour had put up a massive barrage of criticism when USS La Salle had docked for extensive repairs and refit. All those criticising the government of the day used the argument that having such a vessel in Malta’s docks for repairs goes against the neutrality clause in Malta’s constitution.

That clause still stands I believe, does it not? So we have yet another glaring example of the current Labour government’s hypocrisy should such a vessel be allowed to refuel here.
