It’s no wonder obesity is so widespread. With such low wages how many children and parents end up eating half a dozen cheesecakes or some oily pizza because they cannot afford to eat properly?

Dieting is a frame of mind, and not just a nutritional regime. All one has to do is to simply forget to eat.

A stomach growls for no longer than 10 minutes if you can suffer the horror. In time, it won’t be before 10.00pm when you’d be saying, ‘I think I haven’t eaten anything today’.
