The newspapers should request the tender document, adjudication and related documents such as guarantees, references, due diligence, etc.

There is no way that such a bidder could have been considered if the award followed the normal standards.

And Konrad should be pressed to explain why the usual structures were sidelined in favour of Projects Malta. Of course everyone knows why
