“This is very bizarre”, the hotel’s general manager said to David Thake when told Tumuluri has got a contract worth millions of dollars, from the Maltese government, to run Malta’s public hospitals.

I was also struck by her comment, “Yes, you can say that”, when Thake suggested that Tumuluri’s activities in Canada were not exactly above board.
