So basically, Mousu has said that a memorandum of understanding is nothing but bullshit. Muscat’s government has been signing MOUs left, right and centre over the last four years. So these MOUs are more like IOUs.

Plus, Mousu is both Maltese and an honorary consul of Malta, but he doesn’t follow the Maltese news (because he’s coolio) and doesn’t give a flying fuck about what’s happening in Malta (which makes him even cooler).

What a waste of space.

The only thing Mousu is sure about is that he himself is Malta’s honorary consul for Montenegro. He said that about three or four times during the conversation.

Further than that he knows pretty little – apparently only that VHG approached the Montenegro government, headed by quite a nice bloke who enjoys great popularity in his country, with enquiries about the health situation there.

Strange that the ‘Honorary Consul’ obtained information about Vitals from Ms Caruana Galizia’s blog, but not from the government which he represents.
