Vitalis is also a well know brand of muesli made by Dr. Oetker. But more seriously, and I would hazard to think of why the name was changed by the scammers, is that there is actually an entity trading under the name Vitalis, and it is also in the health sector.

By the way, I do wonder if any of this has to do with the fella that Muscat never met, Shiv Nair, and Indian businessman of the year, Lalit Modi.

If a bankruptcy had taken place as well as other bad credit, they would definitely show and, by the way, credit files are not hearsay but confirmed with court/banks/other trades and registry offices.
