Sounds like sweet revenge. She probably feels happy that her ex husband, Donald Trump, has to give up his cushy social life, now that he will soon be President of the USA, while she hopefully sashays in luxury and comfort between the USA and her native Czech Republic.

As for Trump himself he got what he asked for. He now has to wave a sad goodbye to his luxurious private life.

I’m guessing you didn’t get her ironic joke, which is typical of Ivana Trump and one of the reasons she became so famous. The emphasis is not on the wine, but on his fear and hatred of travel and “being moved around”. Which is, of course, entirely consonant with his Far Right views. People of the Far Right hate and fear ‘abroad’.
