Re Mrs Muscat’s visit to Dubai, since when is she an expert in health and education issues, let alone discussing the possible synergies between the two countries?

Now I understand what Labour meant by meritocracy. Mrs Muscat merited a free trip to Dubai – and while there why not a quick stroll to the shopping mall and perhaps a pitstop at some bank?)
