Again, the light needs to be shone on the Maltese businessmen involved. Not one mention of them here? Embarrass the crap out of them every time you see them, bring them to the surface.

If you drink with them, stop. It is these b-b-b-businessmen who introduce bad people to the Maltese government of the day, testing their mettle, hoping to find a weakness.

Whilst Oxley / Bluestone are interesting I would also focus a little on some other interesting players in this fascinating structure with interesting set up dates. It’s just clicked with me, through your juxtaposition of Oxley and Pawley, that the ‘ley’ in Oxley is probably the last part of Pawley’s name, which means that we need to know who, say, Maddox or Cox is.
