A certain Victor Ong Wei Tak is also a Director of Oxley Capital and has held a long list of directorships in companies registered in Australia, Cayman Islands and BVI. Moreover the Mark Pawley photo seen in the media today (a bald bespectacled man) is nothing like the younger Mark Pawley shown on Oxley website.

First of all what does VGH stand for : VITALIS GLOBAL HEALTHCARE or VITALS GLOBAL HEALTHCARE?

Secondly; when Ram Tumuluri said that no Maltese citizen owns VGH, which VGH was he talking about, VITALIS GLOBAL HEALTHCARE or VITALS GLOBAL HEALTHCARE?

Journalists are being very flippant with important details.

In reply to scotlandthebrave. I guess because anyone other than a smooth-talking conman would have run a mile (or two) from a deal of this sort; plus any sane/sensible company would have had absolutely no problem with making the list of owners or shareholders public.
