I am sure that Edward Scicluna will be forced to cough up another guarantee out of taxpayers’ money.

Let’s not forget also that such a guarantee boosts the GDP and the government will once again boast that our economy is performing well.

The contracts shall be “finalized and signed upon confirmation of the financing”. And therein lies the crux of it all. Where is the finance going to come from?

Unless the Maltese government admits that it has been taken for a ride by a conman from Kerala, India, it will have to fork out the money itself, possibly by paying it to Vitals’s tax haven companies, which will then pass it on (less the the 10% commission) to the prefab manufacturer.
