Correct me if I am wrong, but in cases of domestic violence when both parties show signs of injury, (even if some are defensive) are they both not required to face charges in court and it is at the discretion of the magistrate to take into account whether one party acted in self defense? At least that is what I was told by an Inspector here…

Four years of an endless series of dirty Labour government stories, true dirty stories. This is the latest one, a frame’up by the police abetted by the courts of law, which have now been completely taken over by the Labour Party.

The Chief Justice is now imploring us, the people, to be like sheep, stay quiet, and refrain from putting the judicial system to ridicule.

Basically he is telling us to shut up in the face of all this political cronyism, immorality and corruption.

I said here weeks ago that they will try to pass this as seppuku. It was, after all, the only way out, wasn’t it?

But seppuku with four, I mean four, penetrating stab wounds to the abdomen? Very, very unlikely.

Keith Simpson, who I had the privilege to meet, would not have been either amused or impressed. He would certainly have thought this theory to be highly suspect.

Very probably he would have been right.

This is like when Dom Mintoff was rushed to hospital with a severe head injury, wearing a suit and black shoes after “falling off his horse” , we were told.

This is a frame up but this Popa does not have the means and willingness to defend himself. Most probably he cannot even afford a decent lawyer while Mintoff doesn’t have any of these problems.
