The hundreds of millions they hand out to their cronies for totally unnecessary public works and at bloated prices, the self indulgent over-budget spending, including the minibar binges, just does not make this appearance on a charity marathon at all valid or entertaining.

Before charity comes their support for their masters and the secret offshore companies designed to hide secret commissions.
