This is exactly why the EU us misunderstood and people feel it meddles in some affairs and closes a blind eye to others.

If the government cannot guarantee a loan to the national carrier that has a strategic value how on earth can it guarantee a loan to a private company and distort competition?

Why has no criminal action been started by Allied Newspapers Ltd, once there was misappropriation of funds?
