In reply to Major Tom. I think it's particularly funny the way they say "I love animals" when what they mean is dogs and cats, and what they REALLY mean is cats because the only dogs they can be doing with are those who behave like cats.

Count the number of projects involving star architects announced via Labour channels over the past year, all of which were said to be ‘proposals’ and realisable only “if they are in line with the eventual master plan”.

Because, you know. It’s that easy to rock up to, say, Zaha Hadid’s firm and say, Can I a plan for a tower just in case it fits a masterplan I’m not in on and haven’t seen yet?

Very well said. It is very disappointing to see people shutting their eyes and ears to this whirlwind of Labour scandals and nepotism. If the standards which Labour professed pre-2103 were applied to this government, the bulk of Muscat’s ministers would have had to resign including Muscat, Bartolo and obviously Konrad Mizzi.

What’s for sure this masterplan cannot be approved before the election. Options are that it is scrapped being so undoable and, as you said, the PL government will be trumpeted as Il-gvern li jsma’, or it will be left pending for after the election.
