In fact, name just one positive value championed by Labour consistently. There is not a single one.

All of their values are negative ones: lies, deceit, corruption, subterfuge, harassment, greed, sloth, drunkenness, sabotage, envy, pilfering, misinformation.

Only last March, a NATO commander compared the spread of ISIS among refugees to the spread of cancer.

But even the Bible uses an almost identical metaphor: 2 Timothy 2:17 says, “Their teaching will spread like gangrene”.

Are the Italian judge (considered among the topmost intellectuals of that country), the NATO commander, and the author of the Biblical Timothy offending people?

The Labour Party used to have a small number of intellectuals among its militant members. It seems that they have now been severely outnumbered by the others, who are also militant (unfortunately) but belong to another political phylum.

I wonder how certain people who joined the “Movement” and think of themselves as “intellectuals” can tolerate being associated with this other phylum.

That, was insensitive , unethical and cruel.

Even worse, Muscat told the public that cancer in the ‘south’ of Malta was all Gonzi’s fault.

And Labour has the nerve to talk about hatred.

So I know first hand what cancer is, and the effect it has physically and psychologically on the patient and his family.

I just want to put you in the picture before I say that I agree fully with what Salvu Mallia said. He was not insensitive to cancer patients.

He used a lady who has sickness in her family and made her, and everyone, believe that the BWSC plant was to blame to the extent that he described the BWSC plant as a cancer factory. Muscat used a family’s misfortunes to further his political agenda.
