In reply to FP@DISQUS. I think morals and ethics can easily be taught in a non-Roman Catholic context. All of us should be morally aware, whether believers in a religion (any religion) or not. In fact, I would go so far as to say that religious fanatics are less likely to practise moral rectitude.

Like he’d bother at this point. And if he was planning to get an increased cover on any existing policies by keeping mum about the diagnosis, his cover has been completely blown.

I have never studied for pleasure, but only under extreme duress and at the 11th hour when absolutely required to do so. And there’s nothing wrong with my mind and vocabulary. There are more fun things to do in life than study. Study should always be for necessity. If people study for fun there’s obviously something wrong with them.

Just read the comments beneath the article on LovinMalta. People are more concerned about the price of salad and the problem of parking, rather than the money-laundering mechanism set up by Schembri. Commentators are oblivious to the obvious.

No, not really – Keith Schembri’s businesses are never profitable, let alone hugely. Since around 2011 they’ve been registering losses or breaking even, while his secret company in the British Virgin Islands, which was restructured for greater secrecy also in 2011, has been registering lots of income. Doesn’t take much to work out what’s happening here, especially when you consider that his company accounts are audited by the same corrupt accountant who restructured his secret BVI company and set up a new one for him in Panama.
