In reply to Godfrey Leone Ganado. How can he even say that? When you ask a question, one cannot expose oneself to libel proceedings as one is not making a defamatory statement, but is merely asking a question. Imbasta kien ġurnalist.

Statements concerning the POSITIVE obligations of the State in the area of freedom of expression are considered to be NEGATIVE by this regime.

It is like asking for ‘food’ and being given ‘chewing gum’ instead. This is how I see this government acting where human rights are concerned.
